🧾 Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Clinician (NC) or Assistant Nurse Clinician (ANC) to join our clinical team. The NC or ANC plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting nursing operations, and mentoring junior staff. This position is ideal for a registered nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for clinical excellence and staff development.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Providing specialized and cost-effective nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and standards.

• Assessing patients’ needs upon admission and daily throughout their stay.

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.

• Monitoring patient progress and documenting care provided.

• Participating actively in physicians’ rounds and carrying out prescribed treatments and investigations.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth delivery of patient care.

• Educating patients and families on disease prevention, health management, and rehabilitation.

• Supervising and guiding nursing students, new joiners, and junior staff.

• Leading quality improvement initiatives and upholding safety standards.

• Supporting orientation and induction of new nurses.

• Reviewing care plans and work performance of nurses to identify areas for improvement

Job Requirements

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.

• Post-basic certification in relevant nursing specialty (if applicable) is an advantage.

• Demonstrated clinical competence and leadership in a hospital or healthcare setting.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills.

• Passionate about developing others and upholding nursing excellence.
