Job Description

Deliver clinical education and training to nursing staff and students.
Design, develop, review, and enhance nursing curriculum and training materials based on clinical standards, best practices, and patient care needs.
Conduct learning needs analysis, orientation, competency assessments, and continuing education programs for nurses.
Facilitate staff development, skills upgrading, and professional growth through in-house, online, and external training.
Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff to ensure quality standards of care.
Maintain training records, ensure compliance with Singapore Nursing Board standards, and foster a clinical learning environment.
Involve in competency assessments and coordination across different clinical settings.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate from the Singapore Nursing Board.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is essential; a Master’s degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Education is advantageous.
Min 5 years in clinical nursing experience with prior experience in clinical education, training coordination, curriculum development, and competency assessment is highly valued.
Certification or advanced training in Nurse Education or Adult Learning is advantageous.
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, leadership, and organisational skills.
Willingness to travel to different facilities for training and competency evaluation.
